Caregiver Appreciation - Free Printable

As a breast cancer survivor, I am extremely thankful to all of the people who have shown me so much love and support during a pretty crazy time in my life.  I am most thankful to my caregiver and amazing husband, Chris.  He was at every doctor appointment (and continues to go to all of my appointments with my oncologist, radiologist, and semi-annual mammograms.)   He was also the one who started a Relay For Life team in my honor the year I was diagnosed.

 Now I am very involved with our local Relay For Life and this year I am leading the area of recognition.  In honor of National Caregiver Month, we wanted to recognize and show appreciation to all of the caregivers our there, making them know that they are our MVP's!  With this year's theme for Relay For Life being sports, I thought it would be fun to give our caregivers pom poms with a custom tag I made that says, "Dear Caregiver, Thanks for being an awesome supporter!"
