Happy birthday to our little guy, Brody! Hard to believe you are 7 years old today. One of my most memorable moments in life is the day you were born and I held you in my arms as a mommy for the first time. You have had some of your own very memorable moments this year.
Like running two one-mile races (including placing top 10 in your age group amongst hundreds of runners when you were one of the youngest/smallest since you just turned 6 years old)...
Discovering your love for fishing this past summer...
Going to soccer camp...
Starting first grade (and excelling in school! So proud that you recently read a 5th grade level book!)
Climbing and reaching the top of a rock-climbing wall for the first time (and a second time, and a third time!)
And so many other great memories! I thank God for every moment you have been present in our lives. So excited to see what lies ahead in your future!
